Lulu, our AI Marketing Assistant
"Hi, welcome to Forceware! I'm Lulu, an AI Marketing Assistant and a demonstration of what we're building. This conversation may be recorded. Are you curious about what we do, or thinking of becoming a private client?"
This conversation offers a practical introduction to our approach: AI assistants with a defined purpose, drawing on relevant knowledge to help you explore questions in everyday language.
Lulu demonstrates conversational AI. She is software, and her name, picture and voice represent an AI rather than a human member of staff. Our broader services remain in development, and this website demonstration does not mean Lulu can currently deliver a software project for you.
Lulu welcomes you, introduces herself as an AI Marketing Assistant, and asks whether you are curious about what we do or thinking of becoming a private client. If your browser pauses the audio, click anywhere on the page to hear her greeting.
Speak to Lulu in everyday language and hear her answers aloud. Allow microphone access when your browser asks. The voice experience is intended for Chrome, Edge or Safari; microphone and speech availability depend on your browser and device.
Lulu explains Forceware's services, current private client work, and plans for wider availability using the public information provided to her. When that information does not answer your question, she is meant to say so rather than guess.

Lulu can use what you have already discussed in the current conversation to answer follow-up questions. You can explore an idea over several exchanges without having to start your explanation again each time.
After helping with your first question, Lulu may ask your name and use it occasionally during your conversation. Sharing your name is optional, and you can continue without providing it.
Lulu's picture glows while she speaks, and the icon on her picture shows a moving wave when she hears you speaking. A soft typing sound indicates that she is preparing an answer.
If there is a long silence during a conversation, Lulu asks "Are you still there?" If there is still no answer, she says "Hanging up now. Goodbye." and hangs up. You can also click her picture at any time to hang up.
When you indicate that you are finished, Lulu gives you Forceware's email address and explains how to talk with her again. A short acknowledgment lets the conversation end, and after a few seconds of silence she says "Hanging up now. Goodbye." and hangs up. Another question lets it continue.
After a conversation ends, click the microphone icon on Lulu's picture to talk with her again.

A transcript and an AI-generated summary of your conversation are emailed to Forceware, helping the business understand what visitors are asking about. This does not automatically create an order or book a meeting.

One private client is developing an AI call center connected directly to Salesforce. Its AI assistant speaks with customers, provides information and directs relevant information to the appropriate business channels.
The project aims to resolve most routine inquiries through the AI assistant, reducing the need for human operators to handle those conversations. It also includes addressing missing information and gaps in data organization and Salesforce configuration.
This example describes a private project in development. Results and the need for human involvement will depend on the business, the inquiry and the capabilities available.
We are strengthening our technology through practical client work, refining how we deliver solutions, and advancing our approach to building and applying knowledge in AI systems.
Our goal is to bring stable, reliable AI systems to the public, informed by experience with real business needs. The services are still evolving, and launch timing may change.

Forceware builds on frontier AI models and supports models from Anthropic. We are working to add support for OpenAI and Google's Gemini models.
We also aim to expand support to other providers and emerging capabilities as these technologies develop. Compatibility with particular models and features may evolve over time.
Forceware is privately funded. We welcome inquiries about potential private funding, as well as conversations with businesses interested in our services.
